Collective
The Young Christian Professionals Collective is an offering of NextGen Kingdom Leaders. It is a quarterly gathering that brings cohorts together to connect, learn, and grow.
Each gathering creates space to network, hear from faith-driven industry leaders, engage in meaningful conversations, and be encouraged in both faith and vocation.
Every event includes dinner, intentional networking, a faith-driven industry-leading guest speaker, and guided table conversations centered around a key topic.
Each quarterly collective has a fee of $35, which covers the room rental and dinner

Guest speaker: Jess Greaser.
Jessica Greaser is a therapist and Executive Director of Buxmont Counseling Center, as well as the Founder of Buxmont Community Services. Since beginning her counseling career in 2016, she has been dedicated to walking alongside individuals and families as they navigate anxiety, identity development, grief and loss, complex family dynamics, relationship challenges, and disability-related concerns.
Jess earned her Master of Arts in Counseling from Biblical Theological Seminary in 2016. Her clinical training included internships at Vantage, the seminary’s counseling center, and Buxmont Counseling Center, where she began as an intern in 2015 and later returned in a full-time leadership capacity.
Prior to transitioning full-time to Buxmont in 2023, Jess served in ministry at Calvary Church in Souderton for over 16 years. Beginning in student ministry in 2006, she later moved into family and small group ministry, where she developed a deep passion for cultivating healthy systems, spiritual formation, and equipping others.
Jessica is deeply committed to stewarding her gifts, leadership, and time in ways that reflect her faith and align with how she believes God has uniquely designed her. She considers it a profound privilege to witness healing and transformation in the lives of others and has often said that in every season of her work, she has felt she had “the best job ever.”
