Cohorts are small groups of 8–10 people who meet monthly in informal, relational settings—such as around a dinner table or a bonfire.

Each cohort is intentionally curated to bring together individuals who can encourage, challenge, and sharpen one another. Monthly conversations are designed to be practical and formative, covering topics such as communication, vision, team building, workplace conflict, Bible and theology, spiritual disciplines, and goal setting, among others.

Cohorts are co-gender and intentionally diverse, bringing together leaders from a wide range of industries and vocational backgrounds. If you’re looking for a community where you can grow as a leader, deepen your faith, and walk alongside others on a similar journey, we invite you to apply and be part of a cohort.

There is no cost to participate in a cohort. However, each participant is required to sign a cohort covenant to participate
